Responsible Service of Alcohol
CLUBCO maintains a strict adherence to the Responsible Service of Alcohol under the New South Wales Liquor Act 2007 and associated Regulations. CLUBCO only sells liquor to existing liquor licence holders licensed under the Liquor Act 2007, from NSW only. Under the Liquor Act 2007 it is an offence for a licensee of licensed premises to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on or off licensed premises. CLUBCO takes its responsibilities as a seller of liquor seriously including registration and delivery verification. For the sale of liquor to licensed premises ClubCo Pty Limited utilises a wholesaler/producer liquor licence - licence number: LIQW880014752. CLUBCO also holds a packaged liquor licence for the sale of liquor over the internet – licence number: LIQP770017167.

Delivery & Shipping
All our customers pay the same low product price with our model built around the benefits of consolidated and efficient shipping. The more you order the greater the savings.
Our minimum order is $399*.
Orders over $1499* receive free shipping within the Sydney Metro, the Riverina, Goulburn or Canberra. For customers in these areas, shipping rates for orders below $1499* are charged as follows:

We deliver to many customers outside of these areas so if you are located outside the Sydney Metro, the Riverina, Goulburn or Canberra we charge on a set per pallet basis which reduces with the more you order. We can set a rate for you when you register with us.
Please note that our shipping costs are subject to finalisation at the time of our acceptance of your order. In the unlikely event that shipping charges exceed the cost provided to you at checkout we will request authorisation from you prior to taking any additional payment.
Returned Goods: We want our customers to have a good buying experience buying from CLUBCO, but if the product is not up to standard or does not reflect the product you ordered, we can accept returns. Full refunds on a sales order for all items can be made. If the refund request is for line items and not the entire order, the customer will be issued with a coupon code that provides them with credit up to the value of the refunded items that may be applied to their next order with CLUBCO. CLUBCO is however, under no liability to accept any goods for return eg. Surplus stock, ordering errors, but where it is agreed in writing with the CLUBCO General Manager, a maximum 15% handling charge will be applied to the goods returned and an additional cost for delivery to the location the goods were dispatched from. Credit will not be issued for goods returned in an unsalable condition.
Property and risk in the goods: Risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery. The property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the invoice has been paid in full.
Claims: No claims can be entertained for damage or deficiency unless our office is notified in writing within the times specified: Non-delivery - within 14 days from date of invoice. Damage or deficiency - within 14 days from receipt.
